William Woodward

William was born in 1887 in Ulverston, LANCASHIRE. William's father was Thomas Woodward and his mother was Dorothy Armistead. His maternal grandparents were James Armistead and Sarah Jackson. He had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Thomas, James E, Albert, Agnes A and Dorothy. He was the fifth oldest of the seven children.
