Emma Bentham

Emma was born in 1787 in Dent, Yorkshire, England. Emma's father was Thomas Bentham and her mother was Isabel Archer. Her paternal grandparents were Jeffrey Bentham and Margaret Guy; her maternal grandparents were George Archer and Agnes. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Jeffrey, George, Margaret and Betty. She was the youngest of the five children.
