Dorothy Armistead

Dorothy was born on November 29th, 1829 in Urswick, Lancashire.¹ Dorothy's father was Robert Armistead and her mother was Anne Pickthall. Her paternal grandparents were Christopher Armistead and Ellen Foster. She had a brother and a sister, named James and Eleanor. She was the youngest of the three children.
