Alan Armistead

Alan was born in 1887 in Aldingham, Lancashire, England. Alan's father was George Armistead and his mother was Dorothy High. His paternal grandparents were James Armistead and Sarah Jackson; his maternal grandparents were James High and Hannah Dobie. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William, Frank, John, Septimus, Hannah H and Mary E. He was the fourth oldest of the seven children.
