Mary Blyth

Mary was born in 1818 in Yetholm, Roxburghshire, Scotland. Mary's father was David Blyth and her mother was Catherine Blyth. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Blyth and Esther Faa; her maternal grandparents were Williamson Blyth and Jane McGregor. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Charles, David, William, John, Esther Faa, Elizabeth and Isabella Hislop. She was the third oldest of the eight children.
