Agnes Anne Armistead

Agnes was born on June 8th, 1851 in Scales, Lancashire.¹ Agnes' father was James Armistead and her mother was Sarah Jackson. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Armistead and Anne Pickthall. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Robert, George, James, Dorothy, Sarah, Eleanor, Mary, Isabella and Margaret. She was the oldest of the ten children.
